I have lived there for the past 6 months and have hated every minute of it. you can't go outside and feel safe about it. My car has been hit twice while in the parking lot. The neighbors upstairs are horrible and keep us up till 2 in the am. The management doesn't do anything about it. Had a leak from the neighbors upstairs in the bathroom, which leaked into my bathroom and caused mold. Took maint. over 4 months to fix it and all they did then was paint over the mold and damage. Absolutely horrible. Kids are always running around even at 10 at night, stand right by your patio and talk and laugh as loud as they can.
