this is my second time living here.. the first time i lived here it was actually pretty decent, with really good management and matenince staff and not loud at all, but this second go around, well i've been here this time for a year and cant wait to get the hell out of here.. the management doesn't care, we have had nothing but problems since the day we signed the lease, first the apartment wasn't even ready when they handed us the keys, it was infested with roaches, nothing worked and now the newest problem the roof *on the third floor is our apt* leaks in the living room in several spots, one bedroom in several spots and in the bathroom, and they won't fix it, say they did and not one thing has been done to rectify it. they told us that the roaches they didnt know about cuz no one ever complained before and after talking to several neighbors none have and they wont cuz they dont care if they are there or not.. so they wont really fix the problem and if we take em with us when we move i'll be mad cuz this is the first time i have ever had that problem... this place is over priced for the money, 629 a month plus almost 100 a month for utlities this place isn't that nice and yea we NEVER have hot water ever!!! and that is something else they wont fix, our stove dont work right, and the fridge is broken and they still have yet to replace it. Oh and the laundry rooms never work right, and kids are out until all hours of the night with no parents in sight, and when i say kids i mean kids ones that have no business being out after dark. and security here is a joke, and cars are always getting broken into... OH And yea the best part is that they will rent to ANYONE, AND I DO MEAN ANYONE, they say they check criminal background but they don't, wanna know how I know.. there are 3 (at last check) convicted child molestors that live in that apartment complex, and I for one never felt comfortable letting my child play outside knowing these people were in there. The swimming pools, well you are lucky when they are open, this last summer they had them opened and the water was green, yes GREEN, they don't care. and the balconys although they are trying to replace them all, unelss you rent an apartment with a new one i would not go out on them, my neighbors had someone fall through theirs ( mind you they are on the third floor) and they did nothing to fix their balcony. Anyone willing to rent in this apartment complex, is either well really stupid or really desperate.. there are MUCH BETTER Places to rent, that are also CHEAPER and NICER than this place.. we found a Great place in Arvada, CO, that is 100 less a month and the owner pays all ultilites, its a fourplex but at least its clean, niced and no PROBLEMS at all...
