Well I last posted in April 2006, anticipating my move back to Fox Crossing. I have now been here 7 months and am counting down the days until my lease is up. The first week I moved in I was uncomfortable. I had mold growing up my walls and had to put numerous calls into office to resolve the issue. They were short staffed so my problem took about a month to get fixed. Another couple of weeks to repaint the walls where they were stained from the mold...YUCK! Within the first few months I have had the exterminator come out to get rid of a few mice that I have seen. Upon cleaning behind my fridge, I saw a mouse hole and much insulation on the floor which led me to believe the little guys had been living in the walls for awhile. I also have had issues with roaches. Exterminator comes out and sprays, sprays, sprays, and still I have roaches. I am not a dirty person, and this is the first time I had to ever deal with bugs in my house since living on my own (13 years). No matter what is done, they come back. It may be because of the tenants sharing the same walls as me who have at least 15 people living in a 3 bedroom apartment. There is much trash in our hallways, on the grounds, balconies are over run with junk, etc. I am so READY to move. I was so happy to move back, but now I know, NEVER AGAIN....
