This place is so ghetto...if you don't care for rude kids and rude tenants than you don't want to live here.

Well, I am glad the person can explain how they feel and did not pass judgement. People can be rude, but given the kindness of the statement, I am thinking they were not so easy to approach. Sometimes people can be rude, but I am sure no one has a bad day and no one can come across as rude. I would be interested if this person has been mistaken as rude....
