very trashy. NOT SAFE!!! automatic gunfire early saturday morning summer 2006. lots of low life, drug peddling, trash laying around. Most residents on welfare, and take medications for mental illness. place will creep you out in no time. many families with tons of children piled into small apartments. one family drops several mattresses on the yard - maybe the kids pee in bed and they have to put sunlight on them. leasing ladies think their ###t don't stink aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

Well, it seems this person really does not have the patience for those less fortunate or any understanding of apartment life. Safe? Who and where is safe now days? Crime does not have an address it can and does happen anywhere, anytime. So, let's go down the list....
1) gun fire on a Saturday morning. I am guessing that life's situations will never effect this person if they live somewhere else. The gun fire was not automatic and it was a situation of domestic violence where the person was upset and shot his own car. No, he did not shoot at anything else, nor threaten anyone else. Frightening yes, but not the fault of the managment or community. That same weekend there was a situation of domestic violence in an upscale housing area and the people were murdered. Can it happen anywhere, yes.
2) Low life, drug peddling...hmmm there are not alot of these types of issues since the Arapahoe County Sheriff Dept's sub staion is less than 1 mile away. I am not sure what they think they saw, but I would wonder what "low Life" looked like. Was it some one not dressed properly or is it someone that is less fortunate?
3) Trash laying around. When someone knows how to keep trash from getting thrown around, blown around and just appearing, please let us know. When you have over 600 apartments in a small area, belonging to three different communities, this is bound to happen. I am glad the complaintant assisted in picking up trash when they saw it because they cared about their community and wanted to help it look nice. I am sure they did not just walk by it and then complain because no one else did anything.
4) Most residents on welfare or take medications mental illness. I am really glad that this person knows the personal story and history of every resident at the community. I am also glad that they have an appreciation for those less fortunate or in need of help. I only hope that when this person finds themselves or someone they love diagnosed with a mental disorder, everyone treats them with the same kindness. What a judgemental statement, I'd be embarassed.
5) Families with tons of children. Is that a bad thing to have children? Do you really think that there are no occupancy limit guidelines? Well, you may not like kids or think they all are supposed to be in hiding, but they are not. The community loves it kids and enjoy the lively energy they bring to the community. They at least pick up trash and help clean the community which is more than I can say for some people.
I hope this person has found a place where they do not have to deal with the lives of other people nor live in a "community".
