I am so sad to report what I have gone through with the bed bug problem at Foxfire in Glendale Colorado. They have bitten my legs down to the bone, and in showing managers there the problem, they would not even look. Management team is poorly run, giving much more attention to Building B where they live, to Building A which suffers with Bed Bugs, Roaches and Farrow ants. We have called the Housing Authority, and finally the managers decided to spray for the bed bugs. Meanwhile I am financially bound, and called renters insurance, and they don't cover bed bug infestation as it is the responsibility of the Property. Their correct telephone number is 303 758 4618

My great apology for my review of March 07. We are a 3 year apartment dweller in this complex. I have to say with most assurity, that these folks to everything and even more to get rid of all pests and bugs in this Glendale Area. Let me publish a more reasonable review, this would be that in my many years experience here, the neighbors have been outstanding, everything, including carpets are cleaned every day. The washing facility is emaculate, and most exciting, they also rent Garages and carport for a mere pentence more. The tech staff is really outstanding and responsive within a couple of hours. They don't broadside you in rent either. They remain competitive to the market, yet make it possible to live economically. The staff is extremely professional in demeanor, and as a courtesy, the swimpool and hot tub is so clean and refreshing. We are Seniors, and we love Foxfire for all the love it gives. As a native to this neighbor hood, Foxfire has extended itself, beyond the call of duty, and we hope to stay for a long time. Foxfire Apts make us feel very safe and dignified.

I think its funny that this review states that you 'informed' managment and had to contact the housing authority to 'finally' get sprayed. ANY bug case like this is taken very seriously, when managment is notified. People tend to let them know they have a problem at the last minute and then expect miracles. I think its sad that in today's day and age people would rather bash others and threaten 'lawsuits' for MONEY than to actually do the right thing, and seek help with reasonable requests. I guess its all about the almighty dollar. Managment can not read minds....you have to inform them if you have a pest problem.

Well, now that the bed bug problem has been resolved, the manager will not speak to myself nor my husband. She probably got the terminix bill! We have been hunting for other homes, but I will say one kudos for this Foxfire Apts, the prices are great, and the apartments are clean. Thirty years ago or so when these were new, I lived here at Foxfire with a roomate. All the everything around was not around at this time. Foxfire parking lot was a dirt lot. Like I said, you can't beat the great price at foxfire. A dollar well spent for a clean home!
