People like to come here to whine. They complain about the same things, parking and noise. Apartments are not houses, you don't get a garage, and you might hear a baby crying or people yelling from time to time no matter where you live... Here is an honest review of my stay at Foxfire.

Pros - Carpeting and water pressure are great, fireplaces are handy. They offer a pool and workout room which are small but free. Nice apartment. The office staff has resolved every issue I reported to them without fail. (Be reasonable and polite, and they will return the same to you.) Noise is minimal, my building is very quiet even being close to Colorado Blvd. The complex is quiet after 10pm. Right accross from the police station, so my car has never been messed with. The model is very silmilar to what your apartment will actually look like.

Cons - No washer/dryer, but they have convenient laundry mats.Covered/reserved parking is a little pricey... $25$100 a month.

I have had very little trouble here, and will continue to renew until I decide to buy a home. They are absolutely reasonable about transferring leases when necessary. Pay your rent on time, take care of your apartment, and the office staff will help you.

Hey Davey Lets talk about this. When you move a family into a one bedroom apartment, and do not control your kids then there is a problem. Whine, I have lived here many years and when you can hear all night screaming kids...then there is a problem. This has gone on night after night. A scream once and awhile I can understand. And did you know the reason why you could hear them....the hole in my floor. That is normal, right? Every apartment comes with a hole...? I love my apartment and living here. I call it home and do understand problems happens. The staff has been great, and like I said I love it hear. But Daveyy, whine, it is called a complaint.....my right with a bunch of screaming kids all night!!! have a happy holiday...

For no apparent reason, they called the police on my husband and my self. They signed a citation (harrassment) to the Glendale Police. We were forced, absolutely forced out of our apartment which we lived in for 4 years. Nearly on the streets, his family came to the rescue. Now having to attend court next week for a crime that we never commited. The young lady land lords and Asher investment will be consuming one of the biggest lawsuits in denver apartment history. Yes, the Manager is ---, and is not going to marry the maintenance man. The assistant manager is the worst of all, making lies to the police, twisting the truth. I feel sorry for ---------- old child she has----------------------- attending---------------------. If you look at both their criminal records....it is filled with citations from the police from harrassment, to child molesting. The assistant manager is giving sexual favors to a member of the Police, for his continuance of harrassing me. He never returns phone calls. I would not rent here, it will take us 2 years to file the suit on Asher, Foxfire. At 53, I am dissapointed at the way we are raising our kids. These are hate crimes of the managers of foxfire.

Ok, dissappointed08- are you all there mentally?? Your response rambles on from subject to subject and its not making much sense to me. For no reason at all the staff has nothing better to do then to just pick you and your husband as the people to call police on for the day?? When people start off with- For no reason...-it always makes me wonder all they're leaving out. If you didn't commit a crime, the judge will throw out the citation. Why would anyone care if the manager is or is not going to marry the maintenance man? Is this really any business of yours? Why would you say such mean things about the ast. managers child? Bringing in peoples children into a business matter that probably doesn't even involve them is just plain sick!! How did you see their criminal records? Isn't that illegal, or are you just making things up?? The ast mgr is giving sexual favors to the Police so that they will keep harassing you??? It sure sounds like you need to be on some medication as this posting sounds very dillusional. And what does this have to do with how we are raising our kids? You sound as if you are really out there in space somewhere and really need to get some help before you end up institutionalized!!! I'm looking at this site for accurate info as to what Foxfire is really like- not to read stupid postings like this that really make me appreciate that you are no longer living there- I wouldn't want you to be my neighbor thats for sure!!!

Dear Dissappointed - you dissappoint me. I thought this site was to get information on the apartments? I am considering moving here, and now i feel better than ever, knowing that they do not put up with crazy ass people like you. People don't get evicted for no reason. I have a child and I would be furious if a crazy person like yourself wrote nonsense about my kid on a website. CHECK YOURSELF BEFORE YOU WRECK YOURSELF!

i hate this place do not move in here they messed up my lease and ledger and now they are saying i owe them 1,000 after my lease was up in january of 08. this place is ran by a guy named lew mcginnis who was in prison for some kind of illegal documentation crap so thats the kind of poeple you pay money too is the ones who like to screw you over!!! trust me when i say this place is horrible!! and there is nothing but loud ghetto people all around you who do drugs its so bad!!!

Dear Anonymous, (posted on 01/28/08) I believe you have the wrong Foxfire Apartments. Foxfire has been under the same managment for over 30 years. There is no one named Lew Mcginnis in our company and there never has been. I can assure you our management company completes a very detailed background check on all employees before they are hired.
