I've only lived at the foxfire for a few months. It shows nice when you come to look at the apartments. And the office staff seems great. But they don't really care about their tenants they are totally unhelpful when something goes wrong. They are totally dishonest and completely lied about somethings that were asked upon moving in. I have talked to many people that have lived here for years and say it used to be really nice but since the new management came in it's been terrible. The rec room, pool, and workout rooms all need repairs. For the first two months I lived here the hot tub could not be used. The main reason that we are paying almost as much for a tiny one bedroom as we were for a great gigantic two bedroom with hardwood and crown molding in a historic building but had no amenities. The surrounding area is quite noisy as the fire and police stations are across the street there is a car lot right outside our windows that we get to hear them paging their employees everyday. Even when one of my friends cars got keyed right in front of the office nobody seemed to care!

It is just sad that what could be such a nice building has so many problems and is so overpriced not to mention the astronomical pet costs. This is not a good place for any pet owner. The pet deposit is $300 per cat and $25 per month per cat! At least we don't hear our neighbors much though!

I couldnt agree more. Ive lived here for 6 months and am desperate to get out. Ive also found my car keyed and a friends as well, and the management didnt care! Ive also received death threats and they have dont nothing! The pool and hot tub are a joke, and I was lied to about the costs. I was given a quote, promised a discount, and only after I signed the lease was I told that the discount had already been applied. I am paying over $800 for a tiny, cramped 1 bedroom! I was on the waiting list for a 2 bedroom for 4 months, and just found out that the first one that became available was given to a new tenant. This is how the foxfire thanks their tenants.
