The ameneties look great. The model looks great. The staff seems friendly and wonderful...until you move in. The discounts you are promised never come to be. I am paying over $800 for a small 1 bedroom, after I was told with student discounts it would be $702. Truth is, the pool and hot tub are in falling apart. Tiles are missing, the celing drips green sludge. The game tables in the rec room are falling apart...often times they close the lounge area early to punish residents. The apartments are tiny, and only have 1 window. The management is very fake and if there is a problem, they do everything they put on a show, but really do nothing at all. Neigbors are quite noisy, rude and nosey. There is a very noisy car lot right across the parking lot that starts up early and goes until all hours of the night. Every single overhead page can be heard, even with the windows closed. Youll have comfort knowing it only takes the police a few minutes to respond to calls. I have personally had to call them over many times due to insane amounts of noise or other safety concerns. My car and friends cars have been keyed in the parking lot on three occasions. The management does NOTHING for tenants. Dont let them fool you too. I have lived here for 6 months and am desperate to break my lease. Oh and as far as pets go, its a $300 deposit PER CAT!!!!! and at $25 a head a month for rent its just ridiculous.
