For the prices here, you could definitly find better. Directly across from the apartment is a section 8 housing complex where it is a known fact here that the people standing outside of it all day sell heroin. The police tried to hold a community meeting about it but it's not like that would ever do anything. I guess if you don't mind seeing crack heads on your block every day that's fine, but I don't think it's safe for any single woman. The church night club is adjacent as well and makes parking absolute hell on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. The walls are paper thin and I lived next door to some ------- in a band and my walls literally rattled every night! Hopefully that problem is only relative to me. Other than that the management is fairly friendly, and the people actually inside the apartment are friendly as well. I however think there are a lot of other descent places in the area and would not recommend it.

I'm surprised to hear that you had a positive view of the management. They have been totally unprofessional to me and have literally walked out on me while I was trying to talk about some concerns I have. Totally rude.
