Overall the Franklin Roosevelt is safe, attractive and comfortable. Not anything too amazing until you consider the rent, which is REALLY affordable for what you get. Two blocks away from the State Capital, walking distance from Downtown and Poets Row without breaking the bank. The staff is courteous and willing to work with you to make your apartment fit your lifestyle and financial limitations.
Big windows and lots of light... great moldings.
The only down side is no elevator and the hallways are a little tight when moving in furniture.
