Great Building. Terrible Management.

Like a Never-Ending Grateful Dead show!
This place sucks. It reeks to high heaven like rotting garbage-- I wish I were exaggerating! It is filled with potheads who smoke weed all day long and stick up the whole building. It's filthy, and the management is awful. They areā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Nice place, for not much dough
Overall the Franklin Roosevelt is safe, attractive and comfortable. Not anything too amazing until you consider the rent, which is REALLY affordable for what you get. Two blocks away from the State Capital, walking distance from Downtown and Poets Row without breaking theā¦Ā See More >anonymous

For the prices here, you could definitly find better. Directly across from the apartment is a section 8 housing complex where it is a known fact here that the people standing outside of it all day sell heroin. The police tried to hold a communityā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Good place to live.
This is a good place to live. Its not far from downtown. In fact, you can see the capitol and the downtown buildings from the front. There are two different buildings, which, by the way... the apartments have been changed to "Theā¦Ā See More >Franklin Roosevelt
