Most of the park is now filled with trailers ranging in age from brand new to almost 30 years old... Everyone is either leaving, or just turning their trailers over to the park management as they have given up! The "rent" for lots are expensive, and if you don't have an immaculate landscaping...you can be "fined" (several times or when the management needs money) without prior warning!

From what I have learned from people who are leaving (and have lived here longer than I have..is that this has really gone down hill in the past several years.)
I have been here for 2 years, and I am moving my children out of here.
I am going to be one of those to sell my trailer and get out as soon as possible!!!



Word of warning! REALLY CHECK out the rules before you consider moving in here! I regret moving here!!! ...even though there are some great schools nearby.
