I have lived in the Front Range mobile home park for 11 years now. The management is poor! The park read or water meater wrong and charged us $160 for water, we never have gone over a $50 on a water bill. We contacted them and told them about the bill. The manager told us we had to pay it or move out. The next month the same thing happed, we called a service to look at all our pipes and nothing was leeking but the water meater was broke. Told the park and got the same answer. there ar many other thing too! dont move here its a rip off.
