Dont even think about living here. The managers are impossible to work with. If you leave a message dont expect to get a call back. Not even the the "emergency" maitenance line when your house is flooding and need help getting the water supply shut off. I lived here for 5yr and had 3 sets of managers, each worse than the previous. The ones now choose which rules they want to inforce and with which residents. Why pay for a background check when the lease says they don't discriminate against felons or sex offenders. In fact at one point I checked and found out there were 4 living in the park, when I questioned the manager about it I was told they couldn't do anything about it because the tenants commited the crime after they moved in. I got out and KNOW of 5 other families who are trying to get out as well. Please don't think of this as an angry tenant complaint. Seriously if you are thinking about moving here drive around the park and talk to a few residents. I bet you keep driving! Good luck.
