There is a high turnover at this complex located at 4550 w. 9th Ave. I am disabled and have lived here for 2 1/2 years and I have been threatened with eviction many times, but not for any violations of the lease agreement, local city, state or federal HUD laws. When the manager feels like having an unanounce inspection they just walk into my unit with no prior notice. If I complain about it I am threatened with eviction. The local ACLU has been able to deal with complaints, but not in a formal manner. The local ACLU has connections within the G.A.O. Homes organization and has been able to stop the harassment temporarily. It is very hard for me to find out who or what the Good American Organization really is. Other than allegedly being a none profit organization. The last time I complained to the ACLU, I was told by an interviewer that they were thinking about not handling these types of complaints any more.



Just as there is what is refered to as the Mexican Mafia, there is also a Mexican KKKlan. Their initial priorities are just a little bit different. This seems like an invasion of some kind because of the requirement to have Spanish spoken throughout government communications.
