I had my car broken into, the apartment smelled like something died, maintainence never came to fix the plumbing after several summonings, gangs patroll the area. I came home one day and blood was dripped all the way up to my3rd floor apartment and on my neigbors door was a blood drawn "x - keep the f*** out!" Nobody wants to be neer that so do yourselves a favor....STAY AWAY FROM GARDEN COURT unless you want to live every day like your life is at stake.
