I've lived here two years and haven't had any problems. I think, since the complex is so large, it depends on where you live...nothing seems to happen on the North side! Maintenance always comes within 24-hours of my request, management is always friendly and accomodating. And I love that when it snows, they work diligently to keep the parking lots and sidewalks safe. I do go a little nuts in the summertime when ALL the kids play in the middle of the complex with no regard for anyone else living here...young kids, older kids - yelling, cursing, running all about. I just close all the windows and turn my TV up a bit! I'm looking forward to them remodeling the place in the next several months.
