Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
Very poor construction, many complaints to "community director" about noisy upstairs neighbor, nothing done. "Community Director" not in the office most of the time that her hours were supposed to be. VERY uncooperative and tends to falsifying information. Also, STRONGLY suggest to stay away from any building managerd by Crest Mgmt, one Michael Bond. Useless, ineffective, does not respond to requests for information and anothe falisfier of information.
