Although the units in this complex are really nice and affordable, and the apartment is in a good location and safe, I would not recommend living here. When my roommate and I moved out, we never received our deposit back. It is a $200/person deposit, which doesn t break the bank, but when you are entitled to your own money, even not receiving $5 is unacceptable. We have called them several, several times and they do not even have the courtesy to return the phone call. Not receiving our deposit back was just the icing on the cake The management has made several mistakes in serving its tenants.

1.The parking spots are too narrow. Please expect your car to get scratched within the first month you live there.
2.They constantly are turning the water off, so if you like to use water between the hours of 9am and 5 pm, this is not the place for you
3.The company they use for utility management is a joke. You get the bill irregularly, and usually it is received in the mail the day of or the day before it is due. Each month we were expected to pay a $15 late charge. We called the management company every month and argued with customer service representatives and mangers and were always expected to pay the late charge, even though the bill was ALWAYS late. Their common response was they would fax a request to our apartment manager to get the fee waved and did that ever happen .no.
4.Just don t plan on submitting any maintenance requests, because they will go unanswered.
5.Only half the exercise equipment works correctly
