This place was taken over by Busboom Group last spring, what a joke!! We are currently on our 3rd apartment manager. The building is in need of repair, but no one cares. You have to beg to get anything fixed. It's a complete rip off. They don't bother to maintain anything, mangement is never around. It's just not worth what it costs. They let anyone in, so there are people partying and fighting at all hours of the night, especially during the summer. They never plow the parking lot and it's a skating rink all winter long. All in all this place SUCKS. Everyone that I talk to in my building is moving out when their lease is up.
