Issues were resolved and things broken were fixed before this place was taken over by Busboom Group. The building is in need of serious repair, but no one cares. You can call and call and call, write e-mails or send letters but for what' It takes an act of God to get a response. Mangement is never around. There are office hours posted and most of the time, no one is there during those posted hours. The location and the community is great, it is the management and the hassles they cause the tennants that are the problem. These issues wern't happening when the former management company was running the complex. Issues were resolved immediately and fairly. Utilities went from $20 - $35 dollars to over 100.00 (on top of your rent) All in all this place used to be a great community and place to live but now it SUCKS. Governors Plaza seems to be turning into the ghetto. What a shame for a place that has so much history.
