DO NOT RENT HERE!! I've been at 1065 Logan St. for a year now and the first six months were great, but that was when Klos was managing the building. Then Jason Busboom came in with the Busboom Group and the place has gone down the drain. They have high employee turnover so you never talk to the same person... that is when you can actually get a hold of someone. The building is trashed!!! Broken windows in all of the hallways, holes in every stair well, broken railings. Rebekha is the leasing agent for both buildings in our area... 1065 Logan and The Regency (or Latitude Forty, who knows anymore) She is rude and not helpful. Jason Busboom in incapable of returning phone calls and e-mails. I have two neighbors in my hallway and both of them have lawsuits filed against Busboom Group. All this is is a get rich quilk scheam by some young guy with his real estate liscence. DO NOT RENT HERE!

i completely agree with you! i have lived at this same residence for over two years now and they are awful. i love the space and the view and really don't have the resourses to move right now and i feel that they are taking advantage of this.
