Management is terrible, the two buildings used to be managed by one guy who lived onsite. and now, 3-4 people can't handle the job. the repairs are never done that need to be done, the locked security has been unlocked for nearly a month and a half now, the floors are not vacuumed as they used to be. the people who "manage" this place are rude and if you try to get ahold of Jason Busboom himself, he's out of town sends you some quick message that it will be fixed by tomorrow and it never is. he then pawns it off on someone else who doesn't call you back. the maintenance is terrible here, the pool is disgusting most of the time, the elevator doesn't work properly, the place is not well lit. i would advise anyone reading this who is thinking about moving into this place: LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! i have no reason to write but as a warning and i would not fabricate this just to make a management company look bad. look at their website, all they brag about is how much they profit on the RUBS program, which is basically a bill you get in the mail for ALL UTILITIES that doesn't have a single notation of kilowatt or util used, or whatever, just an arbitrary number. a number that hovers around 80-120 bucks per month...wouldn't you like to know what you're paying for''''

Kudos. The website is an f'n joke! Looking at the success stories pictures is like something out of The Office. Annd can anyone find a list of the Busboom Groups' properties?? Why would a happy, profitable company not show off their full portfolio?? I met one of their "leasing specialists" the other day and the sketchyness I felt there is why I had to look them up. So if you're looking for some kicks go look at their Adele building and call them for a showing: it's a social and architectural comedy.
