I lived at this complex for over 8 years and in the past, there was great management, but it all changed and for a few years there was management turnover about once a year...Busboom Management was the worst. Repair requests are NOT usually honored in a timely manner if at all once you sign that lease, such as fixing the heat or the air conditioning or changing out a faulty fixture. Now I guess they hook you with the fact that they are trying to remodel, but they have yet to complete whatever they are doing and it has been a couple of years now. The security doors are always jammed open, many of the door locks are broken, and the staff will enter your apartment at any time with no notice, without giving a reason. The hall floors are filthy, unkempt. The hall ways are thin, dark and difficult for moving, this also includes no loading zones in the front or back, and a tiny elevator that a queen size bed barely fits on. It takes so much time and energy to move, do yourself a favor and invest you money in an apartment that takes pride in its services and property and appreciates their tenants.
