When I first moved into Greenfield Terrace Apartments, I was generally satisfied with my living arrangement and the condition of my apartment. Unfortunately, after getting to know my apartment a little better I began to have second thoughts. Maintenance is of no importance at Greenfield Terrace. Period. The first indication of such is that fact that there is a filthy large in-ground swimming pool that hasn't been maintained in the past five years. The stairs and doorways are literally crumbling, and most if not all the bathroom bathtubs and sinks are painted. In addition, your car is NOT at all safe on the street or in the parking lot. If you park on the street, you have to worry about drunk drivers and speeders hitting it. If you park in the lot, you have to worry about crackheads breaking into it, stripping it or stealing it altogether. There is a security camera that monitors the office, but management is too cheap to run a camera to the parking lot. The complex was operated by Wilson Investment Service until the Fall of 2008. As bad as it was before, it has gotten even worse now that Premier Property Management has taken over. On top of roaches, now bed bugs and mice have shown up. Whatever Wilson Investment Service was doing to keep the rodents away, Premier Property Management LLC is not. Premier Property Management LLC has done absolutely NOTHING to maintain the builing. Also, they immediately raised the rent. Furthermore, --------------the "regional manager" is an obnoxious and evil shrew. I would most certainly NOT recommend Greenfield Terrace Apartments.
