i read the reviews on this place, thinking it was going to be a great place to live. that is, until i actually went there to check the place out... This place is creepy.. its built out of an old church or something like that, so the place is dimly lit and has this odd feeling about it. the apts are small to say the least, with the same odd goth feeling as the building.. rent was around 585 at the time.. i wouldnt have paid 300 to live there.. they offer no parking.. with 13 designated spots for 150 apartments. Granted it is a quiet place, but i think that is only bc everyone thats there is already dead..

Creepy... perhaps. It was featured in the Denver Post about being haunted. No, it is not built out of an old church. It was Denver's first luxury apartment building. Many people appreciate the craftsmanship, history, architecture, and beauty of this place. If you wanted to see something "creepy" you should have seen the storage units upstairs. To each their own... |
