Grosvenor Arms is a great building with great tenants. The biggest and ugliest problem is the ??old fashioned good service from management??. The on site management is lazy, mean, and outright rude. I have lived in the building for over two years, Marcella the weekday manager, refuse??s to say hi to tenants and has changed the office hours twice. The latest office hours are great for her as a majority of the tenants are at work when the office is open. Also who can blame her for taking a two hour lunch in the middle of her 5 hour work day when she lives less than 15 feet from her office. As long as Marcella is in office I do not recommend anyone move into this building.

I moved into the building a month ago, and the weekday manager is a sweet guy named Chuck now. Though I've had a few small problems, Chuck has been helpful and accommodating -- He once stayed late at the office to meet with me.
