I moved to Denver in December of 2006 and could not believe what someone can actually acquire in a great city on a budget!
The management is great and the residents are utterly unique.
The age range of residents i've met has been from 18-71!!!
Though built in the 1930's, the building still has ton's of charm.
Somewhat creepy @ night & allegedly haunted add's to its uniqueness!
If you've ever seen the original "The Shining," you should see similiarites in the hallways!
Management is great, and the current landlord is sweet & gorgeous!
I'd reccomend to anyone & everyone looking for a place w/a great location that doesn't require paying through the ROOF!
Only minus' are no dishwashers in the apartments & only 4 washer & dryers for the entire building.
But seeing as how the buiding is about 70 years old...can't complain @ all!
