Grosvenor is falling apart!

While this building may have once been a downtown haven, it is now run down and out dated. The rental prices are a great find but this is for good reason. The building, built in 1931, is falling apart. When I lived at Grosvenor Arms 1/2 of my windows (built on pullies) stayed open and the water was constantly shut off due to old rusty pipes. In fact, the water coming from my kitchen sink was yellow and had to be filtered to eliminate the rust taste. The electricity was also unreliable which was rather annoying when getting ready in the morning. While the staff is friendly, prices low, and location OK, Grosvenor is not worth it. Good if you have friends in the downtown area who will let you use their water and electricity in the mornings because your water and electricity may not wake up when you do.
No parking, no dishwasher, no AC.
