Great Location, Old building

I've been here for 2 years now and overall like it. The location is close to everything but far enough that your not cramped. I guess the good and bad it that the building is old, over 100 years I think. The good part is that it has a lot of character and feels a lot better than the newer stuff that feel like a box. The downside is that there were problems with the heating. The new managers have fixed it so this summer should be a lot better than last. They also have refurnished all the apartments so they have modern everything and new floors. My rent has gone up a little but I'm ok with it b/c my apartment is a lot nicer now.
