The apartments are nice enough, although pretty pricey but the service leaves something to be desired. I found rates online that they were offering and when we went in to renew, they claimed they couldn't offer those deals to us. The buildings tend to fall into disrepair quickly on the outside, although the maintenance people are friendly and attentive to the particular service calls of individual apartments. And the floorplans aren't accurate, our layout doesn't have a coat or linen closet although the floorplan we looked at before leasing showed them. All in all a mediocre experience.
