Had many problems with the manager - changing amenity rules and watching to enforce violations.

In MY OPINION it was a racial discrimination issue (I observed black and hispanic children get asked their age when using the pool, and asked to leave if they were not of unsupervised age; while a white child under the age limit was allowed to swim without being questioned and without 'required' supervision) but her superiors denied any wrongdoing.

Not a fun place to be if you get concession bribed into committing 14 months of your life there to get decent rent pricing...
