On Christmas Eve the extremely loud fire alarms sounded throughout our entire building, followed by water from a bursted pipe flooding our patio, and seeping into the apartment. We had to rush our kids out in freezing tempurature. And the poor construction is not the worst aspect by far.
Management is rude, the lease is impossible to break, the neighbors smoke pot, the grounds our not kept up, the cops are always here, and I could keep on going. Not worth it.
