Beware if you plan to move to this community, they will nail you when you go to move out. They beleive they are above Colorado Statutes regarding tenant rights and will assess charges for "normal wear and tear" items like carpet cleaning, when you have lived there for over a year. The office staff leaves much to be disired and considering the costed associated with living here, you deserve better!
