Hawthorne Hill is the worst place I have ever lived. The staff is EXTREMELY rude and could care less about their tenants. Parking is hard to find if you decide to come home after 9:00pm. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on in surrounding apartments. Moving here was a huge mistake! Don't be fooled.

Whats funny about this is that the person who posted this was not the one who was towed. I find it pretty childish that the saff of the Hawthorne Hills Apartments has to get on Apartment Ratings to deal with the issues they have with their tennants! Grow up get a life a figure it out!! The tenants you have deserve respect and when they have problems with the way things are YOU should have enough dignity to be able to have a repectable conversation with them. Hawthorne Hill apartments are a desirable place to live but as it has been said more than once by others and I will say it also the staff are horrible and very selfish. When we met the staff for the first time we were very happy that we were treted so nicely but how the tables turned. I would not reccomend you to ANYONE because of the snobby greater than all attitudes you woman have! Figure it out read what everyone is saying YOUR TENNANTS ARE NOT HAPPY! That meens you are a failure at your job!

Actually, I would like to thank the managers for their posts here. They have convinced me that to stay away from Hawthorne Hill. It IS really ridiculous that the H.H. staff even post on here. I agree that instead of wasting time posting things here they should make an attempt to alleviate the problems the tenants have complained about. There is no way in hell that I would subject myself to a manager who thinks so much of herself that she would actually argue with a tenant. Perhaps the management company should provide Customer Service training to their staff.

Well, this certainly illustrates the maturity level of office staff. I think I'll look elsewhere. Thank you, Hawthorne Hill employees, for saving me the headache of dealing with you.
