I think it is a shame about Hawthorne. I wrote a review not too long ago and I got a response from the staff. They actually LIED in the response telling me I should actually call instead of making stuff up...I wrote a review BECAUSE I called and had a horrible experience with the staff!!! It is true that they are writing their own reviews and giving themselves a score of five. I can not wait to be out of here, it is nothing but ridiculous.
