If I could recommend one thing to anyone it would be to not move into these apartments. I have lived in many communities and these are the worst by far. The staff is very rude and verbally abusive to their tenants. Everyday I would come home from work to find 6 of the employees are parked in front of my building causing me to have to park at least a building down. Half of the staff live there so walk you fat asses to work. You don't need to drive! On numerous occasions I and my roommate were verbally abused by multiple staff members. Yes, I do speak what is on my mind and I do it in a business manner but when some little ghetto chick gets in your face throwing profanities there is no use in trying to get anything reasonable accomplished. This place defines ghetto. The staff, the security, and the thefts. The apartments are very nice and spacious but that is how they get you roped in. They are the biggest in that area within a reasonable price. I am finally able to move out and believe me, I won't look back.

i lived there 3 years ago and things were that bad already. sorry to see it hasnt gotten any better. they really are a crappy company to rent from!!!!

I currently live there and have had numerous false complaints from the staff and as you stated, talking to the staff in a professional manner and having them respond in a professional manner is not possible. I have had to resort to calling the Housing Authority and writing an written complaint to have them stop harassing me and being discriminatory. Anyone else who has problems with them, please feel free to contact me for help.

I am so glad to know my husband and I were not the only ones dealing with such rudness! We recently moved out and are afraid of the retaliation we are going to recieve from the staff. I am not sure what it is going to take but respect would be nice. Does anyone know of anything we can do?

We were affraid of retaliation as well. We thought for sure they would somehow try to keep as much of our deposit as possible but surprisingly they were resonable with it. I am not sure if anything that can be done since we are no longer residents. All we can do is let people know beforehand. I read these before I moved in and thought to myself - man these people are unhappy and later found out that it was unfortunately the truth.

I recently just moved out of these apartments and I'm also very afraid of what they are going to do. It is unfortunate that the company doesn't see what the staff is doing to the tenants and get them out of there. I am so glad to be out and I would never recommend anyone get themselves into the same situation I did, which was moving in.
