I have lived here for several years now. I got a great deal back while rent prices were low before the market started coming down. I moved in because of the deal. But I have had nothing but problems since. They have ticketed my vehicle for parking right after I moved in. They gave me 24 hours to fix it or get it towed, right before the weekend and the ticket was handed to me at 4 in the afternoon. The Motor Vehicle Department closes at 5, luckily there was no line, so I got my new tags in time. They have constantly invaded my privacy. They go into your apartment while you are not there, even when you have asked them not to. I believe in self defense and once I didn't know who it was and almost attacked them. I only heard them after they entered because I was in the bathroom with the water running. They have now raised my rent in the last 6 months by 104 a month. That is 1258 dollars a year more. I could start a college fund or retire off of that kind of money a year. There prices are about 50 dollars higher than they advertise, even with specials. They police are around my complex which isn't far from the leasing office about once a week and no less than every other week. We have had to disturb the police several times over domestic violance issues just in our complex. Once involving a staffing office member. I could go on and on. Even though I can't really afford the move, I can't wait to get out.

I hope the best for you! Everything about living there was a horrible experience and I could go on and on also. I know when we were towed because of the same circumstances as you we did not even receive a notice. We were towed twice while we lived there without even so much as a courtesy call. I watched my neighbors be towed twice within the first couple months they lived there! When we finally moved we found a really nice complex and they are so great they truly do care for their tenants! I do not advise this place to anyone.. move here only if you want problems!!!
