Yes we all know the staff at these apartments are horrible. The maintenance is mediocre at best...but has anyone had any weird paranormal activity in their apartment' We used to have doors randomly open and close. We used to hear voices over our baby monitor talking to our daughter who wasnt even a year old yet asking her questions like, "do you wanna play (saying her name)." We confronted the staff and they said that they have had weird things happen in the office. Anybody else have anything weird happen'

We live next to the show model, and there are times late at night, around 10-midnight, we can hear the doors in the show model open and slam close repeatedly. Sometimes it'll last 15 minutes, but its only an annoyance really.

The people on this site are a joke. Honestly everyone for every complex is just on here to complain. There are very few reviews that are good on here because the majority of the people will only go out to tell people if they had a bad experiance. All the complaints are petty stuff that, if you were in a house, you would have the same problems and have to take care of it yourself. You all expect everything to be perfect for you and if anything goes wrong its someone else's fault and it makes them a bad person. People wake up!

I lived at this complex for several years. Depending on who in the staff you are dealing with depends on how you are treated. When I lived there I characterized the women staff members as very "strong".And let's face it, in the very broadest sense, as a society we view strong willed women as ------- instead of woman who know their stuff. That being said they do need to learn how to communicate better and learn how to resolve conflict without becoming emotionally involved. That is something all of need to learn to do, but a customer's expectations is higher of them because they are the "business" end of it. It's a hard skill to learn. Same thing with maintence crews, some of them were really good and others not so much. Let them know who does a good job and who does not. I know Stacey, the prop manager, took that seriously. I do think that they are not kid friendly and have to work on that. They should approach the parents constructively instead of attacking. Again, learn to deal with conflict positively. There is a way to approach people on sensitives matters without offending. Now if the parents are themselves idiots, difficult and not responsible then go to the next firmer steps, but give the parent a chance first. I would also suggest to the staff that they should be better with those who are not renewing their leases. They need to remember they are the voices who recommend others to live there. I mean people are paying their money to you and you should respect that at all times; even when people pay late! Let them know that you appreciated their business and respected their hard earned money. I have to say when my lease was over I felt like I was tossed aside. You should allow exiting tenants to scheduled final walk throughs on Saturday's. If you think about it a final walk through benefits everyone, it also gives those tenants a chance to fix/clean something before they leave. How can that be bad for the complex? I think they have the right intentions to keep the property looking nice, but they really could use some fine tuning on customer service skills - yes, even for the difficult tenants. Finally, yes i had some strange things happen in my unit too. i came home for a week straight with the front door unlocked and we always check the doors before we leave to make sure it's locked. I even called once and asked if maintence had been inside for some reason. Also, many of my things would just go missing. And i am talking about setting it down on the table, going to the bathroom and coming back to it and it being gone. Never finding the item again. Also, when my baby was in the room i could hear voices in the monitor and she got older it would sound like my baby was talking back. A few times she refused to sleep in the room and other times she was very peaceful in there. IT DID GIVE ME THE HEE-BEE JEEBIES
