We like it here because it's a great location and the managment and neighbors are the best ever! The size of the apartments here are bigger than most, plus the added benefit of central air and full size washer dryers in every unit. We get a fair renewal offer, based on current trends, so that's another reason that we've stayed. Office and maintenance staff are concerned and address any and all problems.

okay lets be honest here. Its obvious a member of there staff wrote that..The truth..DONT LIVE HERE. Parking is a nightmare, dogs running around everywhere when needless to say nobody picks up after them. Cops there pretty much everynight, people screaming and fighting,and drunk people in the parking lot and the Lakewood PD is there every single day. Very noisey kids are running wild everywhere. In my opinion this place is a total dump. They also accept sec 8 residents, which is okay but most of them have 5 people who are living in a two bedroom appt.
