The apartments are older and not maintained very well, any upkeep is at the bare minimum level. The sound of neighbors doing normal everyday activities comes through the walls as though they are also in your apartment. If any of your neighbors smoke indoors the smoke is actually visible in your apartment, a serious health risk that the management refused to address. Laundry is not allowed after 9 pm. The cops are there often. Even with all that the worst part of the experience was dealing with the manager. Management is extremely (surprisingly so!) unprofessional and very rude. Also perceived overnight guests can be a problem if the manager or her extended family feels/believes they come more than 7 times in a 3 month period.
