great place to live

I just moved to Denver from out of state and this was a great place to meet people. It has a young crowd, I'd say the ave age is between 24-32. They have a great pool, and throw awesome pool parties in the summer. At times it can feel like a MTV beach party, or a little bit like Melrose's place. Very pet friendly and the grounds are well maintained. Def would recomment this place to anyone!
