This community has a great location, great floorplans, I like the color wall option, the amenities are nice, the staff are very understanding & cool, & the over all feel is pretty good for apartment living.

The however is the dog owners are out of control you better watch where you step, if you do not have a garage parking outside is a hassle because the spaces are so tight, the heat & a/c are extremely irritating with how loud they are, oh & be prepared to buy your own shower head, I understand the point of speed bumbs- but with the speed bumps here you need a 4 wheel drive to get over them, & lastly the gates are absolutely horrible; a gated community sounds nice but with how old the gates are it's not worth the extra money you pay for them- they are the slowest moving things on the planet!

All in all it really isn't a bad place, it's just those few things that wear you down after dealing with them every day!
