I moved in during winter, Jan of this year and had a freezing apartment b/c the so called heat didn't work. There are a ton of vents in the apartment which makes you think you will have a great heat and a/c system when you look at the model but beware!I had to keep my bathroom open all winter as that was the only vent in the master that supposedly would work, and on top of that deal w/a constant running water sound from my toilet which took them months to finally fix. Now that it's 90 outside, my A/C SUCKS!! The apartment has been as hot at 87 inside b/c the a/c wouldn't work properly. The master bedroom gets absolutely no air and is currently 83 while the rest of the apartment is cooling to a nice chilly 72 and the other bedroom gets too much air that it makes it uncomfortable. If i had to pick a place over again i would not live here... you freeze in the winter and die of heat in the summer and management doesn't do anything to fix it. The on site people cannot fix the a/c problems and it's one excuse after another.
Parking is also a mess as there is never parking. The gates hardly ever work so if you think you're getting a gated community you're truly not!We have yet to get a water bill on time and the property management seems to be clueless on how to get things fixed. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
