I am not happy with the leasing term agreements - after you have been in an apartment for 2 years, you should not have to sign another year lease. The other option is to pay an additional $100 premium for a 6 month lease... Ever heard of month-to-month after a good tenant lives in an apartment for almost 2 years'''
