I miss it!

I moved away from Heritage Creek about 4 months ago to move closer to my job. I really enjoyed living there. I found it to be a friendly community and my apartment had nice features - like a dry bar and they would paint a couple of your walls different colors - which gave it more character. They also planned one social activity each month - pool parties in the summer, happy hours, etc. They usually had great turn-out. Maintenance requests could be submitted online, which I loved because I hate to call people! They were almost always handled within a day (I cannot say the same about where I live now!).
There were only a few things I disliked about Heritage Creek. There always seemed to be dog poop in the grass - even though they put out those little bag holders. They should focus on enforcing owners to clean-up after their dogs. Also, I thought the units had really cheap, poorly insolated windows. On cold winter nights, it got very very cold in our bedrooms. But aside from these little complaints I really loved it. If it wasn't such a long drive from where I work I would happily move back.
