Nice apartments but are they worth the cost' My friend lives there and has been so disappointed in the maintenance of the property. I have been shocked at the ice and snow when I have visited. Not only did they do nothing to clean up after the big snow, the sidewalks were not maintained on a regular basis. My friend fell outside the head maintenance man's apartment on the ice. The dog poop everywhere is disgusting. How can you charge so much and not keep your grounds clean and sanitary'

Heritage Creek had snow plows out everyday during the big storms, and as often as our trucks would agree to come out in the days following. The storms this year were far beyond anything that the city and state could handle, and Heritage Creek did everything they could to clean it up. We learned a lot from this past winter, and know that we can handle it far better in the future. Our Grounds staff did its best to pick up after those dog owners who did not pick up after their large dogs during the storm, but unfortunately, we are unable to police the dog owners 24 hours per day.
