Noisy and Not a Good Value

This is a great place to live if you like to hear your neighbors going to the bathroom, seeing and smelling dog excrement that thoughtless pet owners do not clean up, regularly being awakened by helicopters doing manhunts over Cherry Creek, dog owners having conversations out in the common areas while they throw squeaky toys after a late night at the bars, slamming doors, apathetic tenants who heave bags of garbage over dumpster walls while hoping to make a basket but not cleaning up when they miss. These units were poorly constructed in regards to noise and visibilty into other units. Parking is inadequate and unassigned, and management does not believe in "policing" the parking situation. You must rent a garage for $80/month if you want to be assured of a parking spot. There is no onsite management after 6 pm and disturbances require a call to the police. Management and staff has completely turned over 3 times in 2 years. They reward long term tenants by raising rent with every lease renewal. Red Peak has been buying up other properties instead of reinvesting funds to make capital improvements.

I totally agree wtih the parking and slamming of doors! I moved in a few months ago, and have already been asked 5x for my renter's insurance which I have repeatedly proved! The new management cannot get it together with coordinating files from mangement that has been left or fired!
