I've been reading and it seems like sometime in early 2006, awful reviews came in! Is it new management or highter expectations' This is my first apartment in Denver, and I chose it because of the location. I've been please because I've rented crappy-"college" style apartments in the past, but feel like the bills are WAY TOO HIGH! Why should an energy bill cost 90 dollars a month for a two-bedroom apartment when a 3,000 sq foot house cost's that much or a little less' I think it's crap that the rent doesn't include ANY utilities........my only realy chief complaing is that the windows are not properly sealed and the utilities our outrageous. Also, when calling office staff for anything other than rent, aka maintenance requests they are completely rude.

You are spot on!!!! I think it is clear that Red Peak is sucking the life out of Heritage Creek to fund their new buildings and high rises downtown and in Cherry Creek -- all of which have gone through recent renovations. It is all about bullying tenants into paying fees, its all about revenue, nothing more. I have notified the traveling nursing associations who are taking Heritage Creek off their list of recommendations as a result. There are plenty of other options in the area!!
